Michael Houlihan & Partners, the Mid West’s leading law firm are delighted to announce the recent appointment of our Managing Partner Gerard Flynn as the standing solicitor to Ennis Town Council.  Gerard has over twenty years of experience in local authority law and he has advised on various major infrastructural, recreational and amenity projects over that time.  Since 2004 he has been the head of the offices successful Commercial and Conveyancing Department and oversaw a major expansion in that area of work within our practice.

Gerard is a former President of Clare Law Association and a former Committee Member of the Business Law Committee and the Criminal Law Committee of the Law Society of Ireland. He is the immediate past President of the Rotary Club of Ennis and is a member of the Executive Committee of Ennis Chamber of Commerce.
