Emma Colleran has worked with Michael Houlihan & Partners since 2005, having served her apprenticeship with this office. She was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in February 2010.

Emma is a member of the firm’s litigation group and works as an assistant solicitor with Helen Rackard. She deals with personal injury cases at both Circuit and High Court levels. Emma also deals with property dispute claims and arbitration matters on behalf of insurance companies and has experience in employment law and family law matters.

Emma obtained a first class honours degree in Corporate Law from the National University of Ireland, Galway in 2005. She is a member of the Clare Law Association.
