Mairéad Doyle

Mairéad Doyle is an associate partner in the firm and is a member of the Litigation Group. Her areas of speciality include family law, personal injury* and litigation. In particular, she deals with a large number of family law clients and all aspects of separation and divorce in the Circuit and High Court and maintenance, access, guardianship and domestic violence matters in the District and Circuit Court. Mairéad is a member of the Family Lawyers Association and lectures locally in family law.

Mairéad also deals with personal injury* cases at Circuit and High Court level and defends personal injury* claims on behalf of insurance companies. She also represents plaintiffs in personal injury* actions in the Circuit Court and in the High Court.

Mairéad has worked for Michael Houlihan & Partners since 1996 when she began her apprenticeship with the firm. Mairéad is currently the President of the Clare Law Association and is the organising member of the Free Legal Advice Clinic in Co. Clare.

Mairéad is a member of the Board of Management of the Clare Branch of the Money Advice & Budgeting Services (MABS). Mairéad also sits on the Board of Management of the Clare Citizens´ Information Board and on the Board of Manage of St. Flannan´s College in Ennis.

Mairéad obtained her Bachelor of Civil Law Degree from University College Dublin in 1995.
