| Ronan Fox |
Ronan has worked with Michael Houlihan& Partners since 2004, having served his apprenticeship with the firm. Ronan graduated from the National University of Ireland, Galway where he completed a Bachelor of Corporate Law degree in 2003 and an LL.B., Bachelor of Laws degree in 2004. He was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in January 2011 and is a member of the Clare Law Association. Ronan is a member of the firm´s litigation department and works as assistant solicitor to Sinéad Nunan. His primary areas of practice include personal injuries litigation for both Plaintiff and Defendant, employment law, professional/medical negligence and family law. He also acts on behalf of a number of local authorities and large insurance companies in the defence of general litigation claims at both Circuit and High Court level. He has also gained experience in acting on behalf of both statutory authorities and private land owners in statutory arbitrations and assessments in respect of the compulsory purchase of land.
