Break New Ground

We have been involved in many litigation and medical malpractice cases that have changed the face of law in important ways. In 2017, for example, an MHP case saw the President of the High Court, Peter Kelly, reach a landmark decision regarding the rights of people in a minimally-conscious state. In 2004 MHP was involved in the largest medical negligence settlement in the State at that time.

Today’s Technology

To ensure a premium service, we have always invested in technology. In 2010, ours was the first legal firm to develop its own web-enabled, case management system. The first of its kind in Ireland – this system lets us track, update and monitor all cases, easily and efficiently.
