MHP Solicitors, a nationally recognised legal practice established in 1933, is seeking a Solicitor to join the conveyancing team.  This is a full time position based in Ennis, County Clare and suited to a solicitor with a minimum of 3 years’ post qualification experience.

Main responsibilities include:

• – Managing a portfolio of both commercial and residential conveyances;
• – Maintaining conveyancing files from instruction to completion;

The ideal candidate will have:

• – Strong conveyancing experience;
• – Experience dealing with a large caseload;
• – Strong understanding of procedures in relation to registrations and filings with the Property Registration Authority and Registry of Deeds;
• – An ability to work to the deadlines associated with conveyancing transactions;
• – The ability to work on own initiative and be self-motivated;
• – Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise;
• – Good communication skills and experience working as part of a professional team;
• – Excellent computer skills;
• – Knowledge of Partner 4 Windows and Microsoft products would be an advantage.
