After earning a degree in Law and European Studies from the University of Limerick in 1999 and qualifying as a solicitor in 2003, Leona is a key member of our firm’s Conveyancing and Commercial Department. Working with Gerry Flynn, she acts for many clients, companies and partnerships, in the sale, purchase and mortgage of houses and commercial properties – from farms, to public houses and business parks.
Leona also advises on all matters relating to landlord and tenant law, as well as commercial licence agreements on behalf of landlords, tenants, licensors and licensees.
Leona completed the Law Society Certificate in Data Protection Law in 2017 and advises clients on the implementation of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). She is a member of the Conveyancing Committee of the Law Society of Ireland.
