Miriam Rowe


Miriam holds an Honours degree in Law and Economics, an LL.B from the National University of Ireland, Galway, and a Masters in Criminal Justice from University College Cork.  Before joining our firm in 2014, Miriam gained invaluable experience in the field of business and law at both an international and domestic level during her roles with two large commercial firms in Sydney and Dublin.  Miriam served her apprenticeship in our office and was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in 2016.  Miriam is also on the Roll of Solicitors in England and Wales, and is currently Secretary of the Clare Law Association.

Miriam is a valuable member of our Litigation Department, specialising in insurance litigation including road traffic, employers’ liability and product liability cases.  Miriam has extensive experience of litigation at District, Circuit and High Court level, from both a prosecution and defence point of view, and acts on behalf of both corporate and private clients.

Miriam also has a wide range of experience in commercial and residential conveyancing, medical negligence, employment law, debt collection and family law.
